Warranty Information

  • Bamboo Mattress Protectors and Pillow Protectors: Covered by a 5-year warranty against water leakage or 300 washes, whichever comes first.

All purchases from Mellow Pillow are backed by our 10-Day Money Back Guarantee. If your ordered item(s) are unsuitable for any reason, you may return them within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Returns for opened items are not eligible for a refund; however, store credit may be issued at our discretion if the item is in original condition.
  • Items returned due to change of mind, accidental damage, improper use, or neglect are not covered under this policy.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@mellowpillow.com.au with your order details to request a return.
  2. We will provide the return address for your shipment.
  3. Ship your item via Australia Post or a courier service of your choice at your own expense.

  • Invoice number
  • Reason for return/exchange

Refund Terms and Conditions

  • The 10-day guarantee period begins on the date you receive your product. If there is no receipt of delivery, we will assume delivery occurred 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.

Faulty Items

If your product is faulty, Mellow Pillow will provide an appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. This may include:

  • A replacement for a major failure
  • A refund if the failure is major and cannot be rectified
  • Compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage
